Installing App Wrench
Please make sure you are using Eclipse 3.5 with Google Plugin installed.
- Go to "Help | Install New Software?" in Eclipse's main menu.
- Enter the following URL as update site location: http://appwrench.onpositive.com/static/updatesite
- Restart Eclipse as suggested.
- Enjoy AppWrench
Getting started with App Wrench
AppWrench tools may be accessed from the menu which is contributed to Google action set (see screen shot below):

This menu provides centralized access to all AppWrench tools:
| - Provides quick access to application dashboard. | |
| - Provides access to AppWrench settings and utility actions. | |
| - One click method to display application in internal browser. | |
| - Displays blob store viewer. | |
| - Indicates that AppWrench is in live server mode (click to switch) | |
| - Indicates that AppWrench is in development server mode (click to switch) | |
| - Displays data store viewer | |
| - Shows Java console | |
| - Provides access to AppEngine profiler related actions |
Most of AppWrench tools (profiler, data store viewer and console) require project to be configured properly. In this cases AppWrench will check project configuration before accessing the tools and will suggest configuration of the project if it is necessary.
